Budget-friendly prices, helpful staff, provided soap, convenient location near metro.
Felt so much at home, no complaints whatsoever.

the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket nearby. the room I stayed in was spacious and had effective air conditioning to combat the summer heat. the hostel also had a large, well-equipped kitchen where I could prepare meals.
The lack of lockers in the bedrooms, which made it difficult to securely store personal belongings.

The value for money at Napoles was amazing, with a delightful room and a convenient location near the metro. The staff treated me like family, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Hostel Napoles for 10 days and it was a fantastic experience. The staff, mostly Colombians, were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel like I had visited several Latin American countries in one go. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable, with great heating, lighting, and a well-equipped kitchen. At just 12 euros a night, it was excellent value for money. There is also a fabulous market and supermarket nearby, offering a gourmet budget stay amongst the wonderful Latino people. I even found my favorite almond-flavored cookies there! an amazing escape and a true South American retreat.
100% Recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience at Napoles hostel. the Colombian staff were amazing and provided excellent service. the hostel was clean and comfortable, with good heating and lighting. the kitchen facilities were impressive, with a big kitchen and three huge fridges. the location was convenient, close to the Metro Station and a supermarket. it was an amazing value for money stay, with a Latin American vibe that made us feel like we had visited multiple countries.
A little far from the center, but worth the metro ride. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

The air conditioner at Hostel Napoles was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. It made our stay much more comfortable. The location of the hostel was also great, as it was close to the airport, which made our early morning flight a breeze. The hostel had a kitchen, which was convenient for preparing our own meals.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The description of the room was not accurate, and we were disappointed when we realized that there were no personal lockers for our belongings.

This place was mind-blowing! The cost fit our budget perfectly, and the staff were super friendly. The beds were comfy and we slept like babies. Plus, we met some amazing people. The location was great and even though the staff didn't speak English, they still made a real effort to help. We loved that we had free wi-fi, access to an electric kettle, a shared kitchen, and a cool leisure/ tv room. our stay here was just jaw-dropping, the only negative was the atmosphere was a bit scary. But we highly recommend it for a budget-friendly and fun experience!

The staff were surprisingly helpful and the soap they provided was a nice touch. The hostel is conveniently close to the metro.
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful creaking air mattresses and the lack of shower privacy. Just perfect!

I gotta say, my stay at Hostel Napoles was such a steal for the price! The room was comfortable and I had all the amenities I needed. Plus, the location was great with a market and supermarket nearby. But the best part was definitely the amazing Colombian staff who took such great care of me.
The breakfast experience could've been improved with more variety.
